2 completely separated SCOM environment in the same domain

Hi

I have a single Domain with SCOM 2007

I am about to migrate SCOM 2007 to 2012

but I was wondering if I could install a test SCOM server in the same domain so I can add some of the test servers to it just for testing MPs ?

so what I want to ended up is 2 completely separated SCOM environment in the same domain is that possible or not ?
